Alma Reza has over twenty years of commercial real estate experience, including appraisal, market analysis / feasibility studies, brokerage, pre-development / permitting, project management, construction management, and development. Under her leadership (with amazing TEAM members), Alma has completed over $1 billion in real estate transactions and development projects, including over 100 childcare and K-12 schools, across two dozen states and internationally (Asia, Latin America, and Europe). Alma does not shy away from complex projects. In fact, she enjoys thought partnering with Clients and delivering creative solutions.
